UNGO (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application WaterUp! (“the App”) handles your information when you use our water tracking services.
Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. All your data remains on your device and within Apple’s ecosystem.
We do NOT collect:

- Health data or water intake records
- Device identifiers for tracking purposes
- Location data
- Contact information
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Any other personal information
How Your Data is Stored
Local Device Storage
- All water intake records, goals, and preferences are stored locally on your device
- App settings and customizations remain on your device only
Apple Health Integration
- When you grant permission, the App reads from and writes to Apple Health
- This data is managed entirely by Apple’s HealthKit framework
- We do not access or store this health data on our servers
- Apple Health data syncing across your devices is managed by Apple, not us
iCloud Synchronization
- If you enable iCloud sync for the App, your data syncs across your Apple devices
- This synchronization is handled entirely by Apple’s iCloud service
- We do not have access to your iCloud data
- You can disable iCloud sync for the App in your device settings
Third-Party Services
Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the App.
What AdMob may collect:
- Limited device information for ad serving
- General location (country/region level) for relevant ads
- Ad interaction data
What you can do:
- Upgrade to Premium to remove all advertisements
- Manage ad personalization in your device settings
- Opt out of personalized ads through Google’s ad settings

Apple Watch Integration
- The App extends functionality to Apple Watch
- All data remains within Apple’s ecosystem
- No additional data collection occurs through watch usage
- Watch data syncs through Apple’s native synchronization
Premium Features
- Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store
- We do not collect or store payment information
- Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple
- Your subscription status is verified through Apple’s servers only
Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we don’t collect any personal data, the App can be safely used by children under parental guidance.
Data Security
Since all data remains on your device or within Apple’s secure ecosystem:
- Your data is protected by your device’s security measures
- Apple Health data is protected by Apple’s security protocols
- iCloud data is encrypted and managed by Apple
- We implement security measures to protect the App from unauthorized access
Your Rights and Choices
You have complete control over your data:
- Access: All your data is accessible through the App interface
- Deletion: Delete data directly in the App or by deleting the App
- Portability: Export your data through Apple Health
- Apple Health Permission: Grant or revoke at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health
- iCloud Sync: Enable or disable in your device settings
- Ad Preferences: Manage through your device’s ad settings
International Data Transfers
Since we do not collect or transfer personal data to our servers, there are no international data transfers from our side. Any data synchronization occurs within Apple’s ecosystem according to Apple’s privacy policies.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
- Updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this Policy
